Week Notes 25#18

A busy-ish week at work, with the bank holiday, and finishing off things ahead of everyone else going to Elastic's Engineering All Hands

  • Tried Nandos x Fanta which was nice but didn't get too much of the flavour
  • Done some more good work on oapi-codegen, getting to the point that I'm nearing getting the next release out
    • Although I'm still fighting a rather complex issue with allOfs that I may not be able to solve super nicely
    • Also hoping to do a Maintainer Month drive for sponsorship
  • Some good chats with Hector, Jack, Chris and Maxime
  • Got a "no" for a thing that I wasn't too surprised about, but also for maybe something slightly different
  • Had a nice massage πŸ’†πŸΌπŸ₯±
  • Gutted to be missing EAH, and gonna have tonnes of FOMO πŸ’”
  • Had a lovely weekend
    • Today we had a nice dog walk at the park, then went into town for Baresca - tried the "Sunday lunch" tapas, and some nice cocktails πŸ˜‹
  • Not yet gotten around to it, but looking at visualising where some of my articles have used AI derived content - given there's a couple of things I've recently tangentially used it for, and I want to make it clear where there may be some AI stuff in there
  • Starting to write a bin/week-notes script
  • Had a truly perfect pizza πŸ˜‹

Watched:

  • Andor
    • πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
  • House
  • Taskmaster
    • Still watching the last season, haven't had a chance to start the new season yet
  • Archer
  • A Simple Favour
  • Another Simple Favour
